This room is furnished. with all needed , like desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf
etc.
Look over the garden, with privacy. Can not be seen on the street.
House is a modern brick house, with all modern features. like modern kitchen, lounge, big
TV etc.
It is only 10 mins walking distance to Epping station.
You will share the facilities with friendly flatmate.
There are two toilets/bathrooms to be used. plenty of space.
I am looking for tidy, clean, less cooking girls/couple to share this beautiful house's
room.
If you are social, clean, tidy person. and you are invited to inspect the place.
NO pet allowed, as it is in a shared house, not convenience for others. No smoke allowed in
the room. you can smoke at backyard.
